Slated to take effect on February 1, 2026, Colorado’s new AI law, Senate Bill 24-205, is set to change the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Participants in this session will learn about the most significant impacts of the Colorado AI bill on all aspects of employment law, the current state of AI-related employment lawsuits, and best practices for employer-side clients.
