Kick Off the New Year with a Commitment to Wellness
Take advantage of this cost-efficient and valuable opportunity to begin your new year by obtaining practical tips for effectively managing and maintaining your behavioral health. This presentation will be led by Colorado Supreme Court Justice Hon. Monica M. Márquez and Amy Phillips, who is the Assistant Director of the Colorado Lawyer Assistance Program (COLAP). Among other topics, Justice Márquez and Ms. Phillips will discuss topics including stress recognition and management, healthy coping, workplace culture & systemic stress, self-care tips, and behavioral health, professional responsibility & ethics. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
