- Deposits – hard money v. soft money – and escrow instructions
- Identifying the property subject to acquisition or lease
- Other major terms – use, exclusivity, environmental issues, etc.
- Confidentiality and non-marketing provisions

CBA-CLE will email webcast access information to registrants 24-48 hours before the program. Course materials are provided in PDF format to all audio webcast participants.
