Nuts and Bolts of Domestic Relations Practice in Denver District Court
This Chat will be a great opportunity to receive valuable pointers for handling domestic relations matters in Denver District Court, including regarding current case management procedures and general expectations of litigants. Denver District Court Judge Andrew McCallin, Magistrate Michelle Haynes, Family Court Facilitator Olivia Krey, and Court Judicial Assistant Connor Muelken will be presenting on a variety of common issues in domestic relations cases, such as maintenance, post-decree modifications of parenting time and decision-making, and case management scheduling and concerns. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a casual “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
