Please join us for a guided discussion regarding trust interests and valuations in dissolution matters, presented by Robyn Schnetzler, CPA, and Kate M. Lewis, Esq. They will walk us through the steps to take when one or both parties have a trust interest.
 
Robyn Schnetzler, CPA, is a Shareholder of Causey Demgen & Moore PC. She is a licensed CPA who provides litigation support services for divorce matters, including business valuations, pension valuations, stock option valuations, trust interest valuations, separate property tracing and other expert analyses. Originally from Michigan, Robyn lived in Colorado for over 30 years. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver. 
 
Kate M. Lewis, Esq., is a Partner at Cage Bucar Lewis, LLC. Kate is currently the Secretary of the Family Law Section Executive Council. She is Past-President of the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, Co-Chair of the Family Law Institute 2020, and enjoys learning about and educating others in all areas of family law. Her practice specializes in complex asset divorce and high conflict parenting disputes. Kate obtained her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her BA in Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University. Kate helped draft and edit chapters of the Domestic Relations Bench Bar Book. Kate has received a Rising Star and Super Lawyer distinction award each year since 2014. Kate is also an Ironman, marathoner, ultra-marathoner (including finishing the Leadville Trail 100 Run in 2021) and general endurance enthusiast.
