The Federal Corporate Transparency Act: Answers are Coming - Webinar

The Federal Corporate Transparency Act, adopted as part of the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act, seeks to combat money laundering, terrorism financing, and other criminal activities by requiring business to provide extra disclosures regarding ownership and management. Local business law legend Herrick Lidstone will be on hand to discuss the ongoing rulemaking process around these disclosures, and let you know how your duties as a business attorney will be impacted by the Transparency Act.

Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.
