Smartphones are core to the modern legal professional’s existence. Your phone (and tablet) can answer questions on the go that previously required phone calls, research time, and possibly even a road trip or two. This seminar looks at legal-specific apps you can add to mobile devices to reduce gaps in your portable practice. We’ll demonstrate and compare apps from practice management programs, document management systems, and other core tools. We’ll also dispel any confusion over the differences in features and capabilities between native mobile apps and HTML5 mobile-responsive websites. Finally, we’ll address the ethical considerations of carrying around this data.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.
