How to Spot a Liar: How to Assess Credibility in any Legal Setting - In-Person

When:  Jul 26, 2024 from 09:00 AM to 04:40 PM (MT)
Ascertaining the truth is central to the mission of any investigation, interview, deposition, mediation, or arbitration. Incomplete, inaccurate, or false statements can hinder your efforts assisting your client and uncovering vital information.

This seminar is designed to assist individuals in the legal profession with recognizing when an answer might be deceptive, picking up on verbal and non-verbal cues, and reading and controlling emotions and body movements.

Doug Cash, a fraud examiner, forensic interviewer, financial crimes investigator, and private investigator with more than 27 years’ experience, will provide you with an overview of how to conduct any proceeding properly from start to finish. He will share his experiences on how to uncover the truth, pick up on deceptive answers, and share tips and insights on how to assess credibility in any legal setting.

- Detect deception
- Ask the right questions the right way
- Develop your listening skills

Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
