Event Description This CLE discusses strategies for preparing for trial, including developing a trial theme, preparing witnesses, and meeting logistical challenges of trial.
Speaker Names and Bio's Rhyddid Watkins is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses on construction litigation. He has tried dozens of cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, with claims often in the hundreds of millions.
 
Codi Cox was born and raised in Colorado. She works as a civil litigation attorney at Martin Hild, P.A. Her practice focuses on complex construction litigation. Prior to joining Martin Hild, P.A., Codi spent a year in Paris, France studying at the University of Dauphine Paris and earned an LLM in International Business law. She obtained her law degree from Saint Louis University and holds a master's in business administration from Regis University. Codi is actively involved in several bar associations and currently serves as the Vice President of the Denver region for the Colorado Bar Association.
