Take advantage of this great opportunity to receive valuable tips for effectively litigating civil cases in Denver District Court! This session will be led by Denver District Court Judge Elizabeth Starrs. Judge Starrs is in a unique position to provide valuable insight as she is currently presiding over a civil docket and before joining the bench, she was a highly experienced and successful civil litigator handling both plaintiffs’ and defendants’ cases. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenting Judges.
