Advocacy in Arbitration 2021: COVID and Beyond

As we enter a new year the COVID pandemic continues to create new opportunities for both arbitrators and advocates, including the increased use of virtual hearings. Join us for our program where we will be asking two arbitrators and two litigators how they see the state of arbitration advocacy as we move into 2021. The panelists will discuss considerations for choosing virtual or in-person hearings, tips and traps for both, party/witness and exhibit preparation, conducting pre-hearing conferences, and how parties are responding to virtual arbitrations.
