Barriers to Inclusion: Discrimination and Inequality in Real Estate  
 
Access to the real estate market may not be a second thought for most people. But for others, entry into this realm is littered with obstacles. Learn how the history of racial discrimination still impacts individuals in real estate today. From civil rights litigation viewpoints to perspectives from the bench, you will understand the difficulties faced by millions. As lawyers, it is our duty to help those who face societal barriers. This session will also cover discrimination in HOAs, the role of HUD, professional misconduct, and ethical requirements against discrimination.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state.
