Meet Your Presenter:
   
Jennifer Feingold, Esq., specializes in all aspects of family law in Colorado, including dissolution of marriage, allocation of parental responsibilities, child custody, child support, maintenance, paternity, jurisdictional disputes, post-decree matters, as well as provides mediation services, conducts personal property arbitrations for family law matters with and without counsel, and serves as a Parent Coordinator/Decision Maker.
 
Jennifer began her focus on working with families while attending law school, where worked as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Civil Justice clinic focusing her work low income, domestic violence victims. This experience helped her appreciate the intricacies and struggles families face during times of crisis. Jennifer was also a member of the American Bar Association’s trial team for 2 years, honing her advocacy skills. Jennifer remains committed to working closely with her clients to deliver exceptional representation understanding that each case and each client is unique. Jennifer takes great satisfaction in working with families to help them resolve their differences by focusing toward a solution that keeps in mind the best interest of the client, as well as the best interests of the child, while they are enmeshed in one of the most difficult times of their lives.  
 
Jennifer was named as one of Colorado’s Top Lawyers in 2018 and 2019 and identified as one of the 50 Best Female Lawyers in the Super Lawyers 5280 in 2019. Jennifer has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2016. Jennifer served as the Chair of the Family Law Section in 2017-2018 after serving as a member of the Family Law Section Executive Council since 2009.  Jennifer also served as the Present of Colorado Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (COAFCC) and has presented on various family law topics in Colorado through CLE.
