Katherine Mulready will provide a comprehensive update of key issues addressed by the Colorado General Assembly during their 2019 legislative session with a particular focus on matters related to: improving health care affordability, mitigating out-of-network billing, securing mental health parity, increasing hospital transparency and addressing key public health initiatives. The presenters will discuss bills that passed and will impact hospitals, health systems and the broader health care industry in Colorado, as well as those that failed but may be a forecast of what's to come in future legislative sessions.
