Take advantage of this great opportunity to obtain valuable information for effectively practicing in the Colorado Supreme Court in the COVID-19 era. Our speaker will provide insight and advice to help you present the best case possible in this unique time with a particular focus on oral argument strategies. This presentation will be a great opportunity for judges and lawyers alike to discuss some of the challenges and opportunities of practicing in the Supreme Court, and performing appellate work in general, under COVID-19 restrictions. This free online session will be led by Colorado Supreme Court Justice Hon. Melissa Hart. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters not only regarding COVID-19 restrictions but on whatever topics may be of interest.
