Will Cross and Amanda Haugland will be joined by Judge Rosania of the Bankruptcy Court for a look at the latest cases impacting your bankruptcy practice. Debtor or creditor, 7, 13, or 11, consumer or commercial, we’ve got you covered! In-person attendees are invited to join the CBA Bankruptcy Subsection for a happy hour following the program.
 
 
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
