Q&A With Chief Justice Marquez and Justice Hood of the Colorado Supreme Court
The DBA's Bench Bar Committee is pleased to present this program in which Chief Justice Monica M. Marquez and Justice William W. Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court will graciously field questions from attendees regarding appellate practice, including how to present and preserve issues for appeal at trial, the procedural requirements in making an appeal or filing an original action, the effective and ineffective methods of written and oral advocacy, the mechanics of the Court's decision-making process, and other issues which the practitioner may face. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a casual “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
