"Effective Written and Oral Advocacy"

 

Colorado Supreme Court Justice Richard Gabriel will discuss effective techniques for litigators, including specific tips for those appearing before Colorado’s appellate courts. As part of this discussion, Justice Gabriel will cover best practices for written and oral advocacy that practitioners can use both in trial and motions practice and when representing clients on appeal. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenting Judges.
