STRESS AND SLEEP
The objective of this training is to increase participants' awareness of common sleep problems, their causes and how to get better sleep. Participants will evaluate their quality of sleep and learn about stages of sleep and proper sleep hygiene before making an individualized plan to improve their sleep.
