“Ethics Considerations, and Potential Ethics Pitfalls, in the Courtroom"
 
Take advantage of this cost-efficient and timely opportunity to earn a late year ethics credit while also gaining practical tips for effectively and ethically litigating cases in Denver-area courts. This online session will be led by Denver District Court Judge, and former County Court Judge, Hon. Adam J. Espinosa and former Adams County District Court Judge and long-time CBA Ethics Committee member, Hon. Edward C. Moss. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a casual “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
