Take advantage of this great opportunity to hear from two Denver District Court Judges currently handling the domestic relations docket and a seasoned family law practitioner about the nuts and bolts and legal, ethical, and practical considerations associated with limited attorney representation in domestic relations cases in Denver District Court. During this CLE, you will hear from District Court Judges Lisa Arnolds and Karen Brody, in addition to family law practitioner Erika Holmes about all facets of this issue from both the judicial and attorney perspective. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a casual “roundtable” format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenters.
