Our panel of experts will discuss identifying high conflict cases, practical advice and tools for managing clients, opposing counsel, and the opposing party, the types of experts and when to utilize them, and leveraging the UDMA to keep parties out of court post-decree. The discussion will include the "how" and "why" of identifying high conflict cases, the tools that courts and attorneys can utilize in order ot help high conflict families, and how, from a practical perspective, to do more good than harm, even when the intervention of the Court is required.
