Attend this lively presentation on Colorado’s new Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Charlotte Sweeney and Bill C. Berger will summarize what we know so far and provide tips to get ready, for both attorneys representing individuals and companies.
 
Speakers:
Charlotte N. Sweeney represents both private and publics sector employees in all types of employment disputes, with a particular focus on those involving discrimination and harassment. She assisted in drafting the 2019 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act in Colorado, repeatedly testified in support of equal pay at the Colorado Legislature, and has lectured extensively on the topic of equal pay.
 
Bill C. Berger is a management-side attorney on both labor and employment law issues. Bill’s firm, L2S Legal generally works on a fixed recurring monthly fee model. His outside fractional in-house focused practice was really featured in a cover article in Law Week Colorado.
