Now in its seventh edition, Residential Construction Law in Colorado (Ronald M. Sandgrund, Valerie M. Sullan, and Leslie A. Tuft) has been updated to reflect significant developments in construction defect liability, damages, and insurance coverage. The authors will walk us through these changes, to ensure you are offering your clients the most up-to-date advice available.

- Case law update
- In-depth discussion of statutes of limitations and repose, especially in the multi-family construction arena
- Liability insurance coverage – including waiver and estoppel

A copy of the book is included as part of the course materials and will be mailed to your home or office.

This session is an advanced program and not intended to provide a general overview of construction defect law or practice.

If disability accommodations or special assistance are needed, please contact us at clereception@cobar.org. Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled program.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.

The home study will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.
