She has successfully defended employers in race, gender, disability, and age discrimination lawsuits and lawsuits brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Family Medical Leave Act, as well as prosecuting and defending claims relating to non-competition and non-disclosure agreements. Elizabeth also represents business owners and companies in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including claims of construction defects, breach of contract or partnership agreements, corporate governance issues, and business torts.

She has successfully negotiated, mediated, arbitrated, and litigated claims in favor of countless individuals regarding violations of employment agreements, Colorado common law and public policy, and state and federal civil rights. Ms. Munro is a member of NELA and PELA, actively advocating for legislation on behalf of workers, and welcomes your suggestions on how to alleviate the impact restrictive covenants have on lower-wage earners.
