Dianne Criswell acts as the General Counsel for the Special District Association of Colorado, the Colorado Special Districts Property & Liability Risk Pool, and the Colorado Firefighter Heart, Cancer, and Behavioral Health Benefits Trust. After graduating from the University of Washington Law School, Dianne focused her career on government fiscal, policy, and legal counsel work, serving as the Revenue Counsel to the Washington State Senate and Legislative Counsel at the Colorado Municipal League. She is licensed in Colorado and Washington state (inactive) and admitted to practice in the Tenth Circuit.
