Please join Shina Culberson (business valuator), Miriam Taylor (vocational evaluator), Cynthia Bartmann (vocational evaluator), and Joe Tutchton (real estate appraiser) for an open panel discussion regarding tips & tricks for spotting implicit bias in financial expert reports commonly used in domestic relations. Discussion points will include aspects of expert opinion most susceptible to bias, how attorneys can ensure diverse clients are best served by expert analysis, and factors that may reflect individual or systemic inequalities in financial reports and data.
