The Annual Meeting of the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section will be held at the NREL Happy Hour on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. During this event, final voting for the slate of officers and executive council member candidates for the 2019-2020 Section Council will be held. The Legislative Update CLE will start at 6:00 p.m.
"Legislative Update 2019"
A review of legislation introduced in the 2019 session. The impacts and progress of new bills and what lies ahead as the bills progress though the capitol. Jeremy will focus on the bills that affect natural resources, the practice of law and the judicial system.
