A detailed twenty-three-point analysis of the considerations when reviewing and drafting a soil carbon storage contract. Includes land use, compensation, indemnity, insurance, choice of law and venue, and other legal considerations. The presentation will also discuss the current laws, case law, pending cases, and ethical considerations.
 
Anson Howard's legal practice focuses on representing landowners for all issues concerning real property. Anson is actively involved in rangeland conservation and education through his ranching operations, service as a director of both the Texas Brigades (Development Committee Chair) and the Texas Wildlife Association (Executive Committee), as well as membership in the Texas Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
