The recent renaissance of arts-related developments in rural Colorado is transforming and enriching rural communities throughout the state, and no doubt driving community economic revitalization and real estate transaction strategies. Enjoy performances by local artists such as the Telluride Poet Laureate, local musicians, and entertainers.

        • Learn about the $65 million Colorado Community Revitalization Grant Program just signed into law this summer
        • Discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion issues, as they relate to the impacts on historical aspects of communities and increase in gentrification
        • Get four CE credit hours certified by DORA for real estate brokers

If you are an insurance agent, banker, title company employee, real estate developer, architect, or local/county government official, you may register at the $25 rate. If you are an elected government official, you may attend the event free of charge.
