Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn valuable tips for effectively and successfully handling civil matters, including trials, in Denver District Court. This session will be led by longtime District Judge and former civil litigator, Judge Bob McGahey, who is also a well-respected presenter on trial techniques. This presentation, like all of the Courtroom Chats, will occur in a causal "roundtable" format in which attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with the presenting Judges.
