If you’ve practiced for years, you likely have a mental checklist of questions to ask a new client who walks through the door. With some matters, you can probably get the complete outline of a case with three or four focused questions. With other matters, like estate planning for a married couple, there could be dozens of lines of inquiry. This seminar will help you create a document interview guide that will capture the information you need, using tools built into Microsoft Word and your PDF software. Never forget a question again or confidently hand off document creation to new staffers.
