Program Description:

This full-day CLE will help extend your practice into disability rights law. You will learn the fundamentals of disability rights law through the lens of multiple practice areas, from housing and employment law, to interactions with public officials, to the rights that exist in K-12 schools and on college campuses, and more. This training is essential for anyone interested in taking on cases in the disability rights arena. We will also be discussing important ethical considerations when taking on disability rights cases, such as representing individuals with diminished capacity. Please join us for this full-day CLE with a networking happy hour to follow.
