A great deal has been written about the ranges of client satisfaction with their
lawyers’ services. Ethics programs often focus, implicitly or explicitly, on what
lawyers do to make their clients unhappy. Attend this program to receive a plethora of ideas and materials about client satisfaction. You will find the ideas are not always consistent, and some are actually inconsistent with one another -- which is fully in line with the practical reality that not all clients are pleased by the same things. Gain insights on how to apply these ideas and  what works best for each of your clients. Make certain your toolbox has the tools and techniques to ensure your clients are happy. Satisfied existing clients are your best source of future business (but you know that!).

Who Should Attend?
