Dealing with the New Norm in Basic Estate Planning During the COVID Pandemic

When:  Jan 14, 2021

Metro Volunteer Lawyers, the Asian Pacific Bar Association of Colorado, and the Colorado Women's Bar Association are excited to partner together and offer a free CLE addressing basic estate planning during the COVID pandemic. The program will address the basics of medical and financial powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and declarations of disposition of last remains.

Who Should Attend? Anyone interested in estate planning, caregivers, and attorneys interested in volunteering for upcoming virtual Power of Attorney Clinics to be offered to qualifying low-income seniors by MVL, APABA, and CWBA in February! No experience in estate planning is necessary to volunteer at these virtual clinics. This CLE will guide you through the process of meeting one-on-one with seniors to discuss and complete advanced planning documents.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Anne Zogg or complete a volunteer sign up form.
