"Long-term Care Medicaid Planning - Impact on Estate Planning and Options"
This presentation will go over important considerations in estate planning when long-term care is a possibility. We will go over crises planning techniques and planning opportunities for both single and married applicants who have either made gifts or are over-resourced. We will also review common pitfalls and additional documents that may be necessary when arranging for long-term care.
