In this training, we will review the mental /emotional signs of stress. Participants will discover the #1 cause of mental/emotional stress and how to disrupt it. Participants will learn a variety of powerful stress management techniques that Navy Seals and other high stress professionals use to quickly and effectively reduce stress.
