Justin Mills and Christopher Levkulich will present an annual update on tax matters concerning flow through entities. In addition to updates concerning partnerships and S corporations, Justin and Chris will share new information with respect to disregarded entities. Included in the presentation will be updates of new IRS guidance on relief for inadvertent terminations of S corporation elections, and court opinions on the application of self-employment tax to partnerships..
