Program Description:
 
During any interview, vital information is conveyed from one person to another in a myriad of subtle ways. This half-day program is designed to help you recognize when a person’s answers might be deceptive, and additional techniques to help you drill down to the true answer—whether it be in a client interview, deposition, mediation, or trial.
 
Doug Cash, is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) with more than 27 years of law enforcement experience and hundreds of interviews under many circumstances under his belt. We will discuss the causes of deception throughout an interview, where duplicity originates, forms of communication, stress response states, and the differences between deception and lies.
