"Child Support Updates"
Members of Colorado's Child Support Commission will present on the recent child support bill, HB21-1220, which was signed by the governor on 6/7/2021. The presenters will provide summaries of each statutory modification within the bill, the particular issues the Commission sought to address with these changes, and share updates on some of the Commission's current work for upcoming legislative sessions.
